• Treatment options (20%) — availability of FDA-approved generic and brand-name medications and clear labeling of compounded products.
• Pricing transparency (20%) — clear prices, subscription terms and cancellation options.
• Convenience (15%) — ease of the online process, delivery speed and discreet packaging.
• Support & follow-up (10%) — access to clinicians and customer service after purchase.
• Privacy (10%) — clear privacy policies and secure handling of health data.
